Kompton House, LLC provides Habilitation, Respite Care, and Attendant Care for children and adults in their home or community.

Habilitation
Habilitation services are for individuals that need assistance with working on outcomes that are described in an Individual Service Plan.

Respite
Respite services will provide short-term relief for the primary caregiver. These services can be provided any time of the day or evening that the caregiver requests for. The certified habilitation worker will come and help the individual meet their outcomes in the home or community.

NON-EMERGENCY TRANSPORTATION
Transportation to and from appointments for medical services for Medicaid beneficiaries who have no other means of transportation and qualify for the service.

Funding Eligibility
Services are typically funded by the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) for individuals who are Arizona Long Term Care (ALTCS) eligible.
