Direct Care Worker

● Provide direct care, supervision and guidance for residents
● Ensure ISP objectives and data is implemented and documented according to the residents ISP
every day
● Assist with daily living activities, including preparing meals and assisting with personal hygiene
● Administration of Medication.
● Daily communication (Program log, staff communication log, mileage log etc.)
● Escort and drive residents to appointments and activities as scheduled

Group Home Manager
Job Description:
Oversees the daily operating function of the group home to ensure that it operates
safely and within the guidelines of Kompton House policies and the Division of the Developmental
Disabilities (DDD). This is a safety sensitive position.
Direct Care House Managers play an important role in the day to day operations of the group home. We
are searching for dedicated, compassionate and reliable home managers to coach, teach, mentor, and
provide direct support to our members and staff.
Driver
Duties included but were not limited to:

Assist with transferring patients from home to facility, facility to facility, or facility to home.

Capable of understanding directions and ability to read and use map software accurately.

Perform all related duties as assigned, including transporting patients in a safe and professional manner.

Communicates with dispatch to receive relevant data and instructions.

Have and maintain professional behavior and attitude towards customers, visitors, and coworkers.

Completion of vehicle maintenance inspection prior to daily vehicle usage for safe and comfortable patient transport.

Able to work independently and in a crew.

Ability to always follow safety protocols.
